It’s interesting. Tenzin’s style of airbending seems so… different from Aang’s. Like, it’s more… forceful. Direct. Aggressive. Or at least it seems that way, and I’m honestly not sure why, because there were more than a few moments when Aang just straight-up airblasted the shit outta people/things. But… yeah, I dunno. Maybe I’m crazy.
So my brother and I were watching Legend of Korra…
And it was the episode where Korra tries to have a show down with Amon, and Tenzin acts all fatherly and asks her if he took her bending. And my brother goes, “So if he did take her bending, would they have to kill her so there’s a new avatar?”
Accurate question.

“No one is forcing you to do it. Tarrlock’s gone mad, no one would dare agree with him!” Tenzin tried to assure the teenage girl. In actuality, he was not quite sure himself.
“The city is as mad as he is. The task force may have withdrawn their attack on us but they’ll rally the city. There’s not a soul out there with any backbone.” Ex-Chief Bei Fong spat. If her metalbenders were still alive, she’d have cut down Tarrlock and his damn task force months ago.
“What do we do? We can’t just stay here. Bolin will die if he doesn’t get help!” Asami cried as she held the young Earthbender in her arms.

#My FAVOURITE thing is when companions get together and bash on the Doctor #it’s literally the best thing ever #And I bet there was a lot of teasing in Journey’s End that we missed between scenes #Like after they pulled Earth back#They all just floated around the Vortex for a little while #Just catching up and chatting #And Martha and Rose got to bond and Martha felt better about her year with the Doctor after talking to Rose #Rose would have totally apologized over his behaviour and then of course they would have started teasing him #”Did he just… lick everything he came across when he was travelling with you?” #”YES! YES! The first time I saw him do it he had just regenerated and then he licked BLOOD. BLOOD. Even I know that’s not sanitary. #And then he went and got his arm chopped off and it just REGREW.
